              Airport is the gateway to Melbourne and is some 25 kilometres north-west 
              of the city centre. To get to the Central Business District you 
              can take a taxi, bus, or shuttle. Hire cars are available at the 
              airport.
 It 
              is a good-sized airport with all the shops and facilities you will 
              need before, or after, flying. They 
              include fast-food joints, souvenir shops, money exchanges, bank 
              ATMs, web kiosks, coffee shops, bars, public showers and storage 
              for your baggage. There 
              are special services available for disabled travellers and the Arrivals 
              level (ground floor) of the airport and Departures level (first 
              floor) are linked by travelators and lifts.  Wheelchairs 
              are available upon request from airlines but you should give prior 
              notice of needing one just to be sure.  The 
              airport has a health facility - Melbourne Airport Health - in Terminal 
              1 and this has a full range of general services, including Deep 
              Vein Thrombosis prevention.  Melbourne 
              Airport offers free wi-fi access in its terminals. It is available 
              in all public areas and aircraft gate lounges.
 To 
              get the benefit of the free service - MELAIRFREE - you do need to 
              answer a short survey.  The 
              wi-fi isn't secure so the airport advises that you consider the 
              security of your personal information when using it.
